Our Service PROMISE TO YOU
our service to you
What to expect through the application process?
Should you choose to appoint JLAS Consultancy and Travel, we will represent you, verify, compile, and complete your VAF visa application requirements.
We’ll need some documentation from you and your sponsor to correctly assess your application needs; we will also confirm in due course any further documentation requirements for your visa application form itself once we receive back our signed authority.
We ask all clients to pay our professional fees after completion of our visa application assessment into our client account so we can draw from account as required; this helps to speed up the visa application process and prevent unnecessary delays.
Regardless of the outcome, we operate a post decision consultation to address any issues raised by the UKVI or to answer any questions the applicant may have with regards to conditions of the visa and permitted activities etc.
Cost:
Visa Application Fee and User Pay Service:
We offer visa application fee payment services if you do not hold a valid debit/credit card/PayPal. There are additional charges for using the UKVI priority service. We require a minimum of 7 working days to complete a VAF application when all the documents are provided.
Our Professional Service Fee:
We charge a flat fee for representing you in your visa application process. This includes the fee to produce a detailed statement of circumstance, drafting invitation letters, other supporting letters, paid enquiries to the UKVI and action before letters to challenge the decision if we have reason to believe that the UKVI incorrectly refused your application.
Disclaimer : It is important to note that only the UKVI has the power to issue UK Visas. Submitting a valid application does not in itself guarantee a successful outcome. However, in cases where the application is refused, we will review the decision and If we believe it to be incorrect, we will challenge the UKVI to reconsider the decision. It can take up to 3 months for the decision to be reconsidered.
